#KalisKiss Online Salon
1. How long is my membership and how can I cancel my subscription?
Your membership is a minimum of 3 months and will be automatically renewed if you don’t cancel before the end of that period.
2. How can I cancel my membership/subscription?
If you like to cancel your membership to leave the Online Salon, here is what you need to know:
- There is no cancellation deadline. Your cancellation must arrive via email in time before your renewal period at our partner Digistore24.com. Important: Team Ilan Stephani cannot cancel your subscription.
- Please send a cancellation email any time before your renewal date to [email protected] with your order ID. You will find your order ID in your sales confirmation email from Digistore24. Please use the search option in your email program to find this email.
3. Do I still have access after I canceled my memberhsip?
Yes, but only until the end of your subscription period. Your access to the content in #KalisKiss Online Salon or #TigressTalk or #TigerTalk will be blocked after the membership expires.
Important Note: You are still able to log into Kajabi after the end of your subscription. Only #KalisKiss and #TigerTalk or #TigressTalk are no longer available in your library.
